La Quinta is approximately 25 minutes East of Palm Springs International Airport and around 2 hours drive from Downtown Los Angeles.
WHEN ? Our vacation rental is available by the night, weekly or monthly and is available all year-around. Enjoy an average of over 300 days of sunshine per year and rejuvenate with winter sun when daytime highs average well into the 70’s, experience summer-like weather during the spring and fall with high’s in the 80’s and 90’s or refresh in the pool & spa during the hot summer months.

East, South and West facing gardens surround the home with large private pool & spa (optional heating available), grassy side garden perfect for kids & pets, small citrus grove, patio with furniture and gas BBQ.
Pets welcome, please ensure you pick up after them and do not allow them on the furniture or in the pool.
Air conditioning throughout the home plus ceiling fans in the living room, family room and all four bedrooms.

Approx 5 minutes drive to Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Indian Springs Golf Club as well as an extensive selection of ‘big box’ stores on Highway 111 including Costco, Walmart, Smart & Final, Target, Best Buy etc. Numerous supermarkets including Ralphs, Trader Joes and Vons (Safeway) and neighborhood restaurants.
Approx 10 minutes drive to Palm Desert’s El Paseo Drive shopping district, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino & Golf, numerous La Quinta and Palm Desert area golf courses.
Approx 15-20 minutes drive to Ranch Mirage’s The River shopping & restaurants, Agua Caliente Resort Casino, hiking in La Quinta Cove and numerous golf courses in Indio (such as Terra Lago) and in Rancho Mirage.
Approx 25-30 minutes drive to Downtown Palm Springs, Palm Springs International Airport, Indian Canyons Park (for hiking), numerous golf courses in the Palm Springs area and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (about 40 mins to base station)
Approx 1hr drive to Joshua Tree National Park, Idyllwild-Pine Cove for hiking, mountain & rock climbing and horseback riding.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome at La Quinta Desert Retreat. However, we require that you pick up after them in the garden and do not allow them on the furniture or in the pool.
LENGTH OF STAY:
As a general rule we will require the following minimum stays:
SUMMER = 3 nights
FALL & WINTER = 4 nights
SPRING = 1 week.
However, if your dates abut another existing booking or are within short notice (1 month) we may make exceptions, please feel free to ask about your particular circumstances.

SEPTEMBER – DECEMBER = $225/week night, $275/weekend night, $1500/week or $4500/month (NOTE: Christmas & New Year bookings minimum one week @ $1800/week).

Additional charges :
Rates based on an occupancy of up to 4 persons. Additional guests up to a maximum of 8 will be charged $10/person/night.
$150 cleaning fee per booking.
10% City of La Quinta Transiency Tax on bookings of less than 30 nights.
$500 Security Deposit required.
Pool Heat available and quoted on a per-booking basis depending on length of stay and time of year.
